AHKI Resort, Guanacaste, Costa Rica

Retreat with me to our exclusive home for the week, Ahki in Costa Rica, a sacred and intimate resort on the Guanacaste coast.  We will awaken to jungle noises and the rising sun, share delicious meals together, gather for practice and ritual, explore the lush and unique landscape of the coast and mountains, and ultimately share an experience of reclaiming our essential nature – calm, steady, joyful light.

Learn ancient tools and techniques and experience practices that cultivate greater ease and freedom in our bodies and minds.  Immersed in the untamed, wild nature of Costa Rica we will reconnect with our own elemental relationship to source – starting with earth, and moving through water, ether, air and finally, the fire.  We will practice, play, restore and relax.  Our time will also include sacred mala creation with Alexa Webster of Seeds of Remembrance, as well as external Tantric Fire Ritual, to further our divine connection and remembrance to the spiritual fire that abides within.

Trip includes: 

• 6 days / 7 nights accommodations (beautifully appointed room w/private bath, indoor/outdoor shower, patio and/or deck)

• Exclusive use of resort facilities (5 acre property, salt-water pool, library/game room, yoga hall)

• 3 local organic vegetarian meals per day (*fish or meat provided for additional cost)

• All-day coffee, tea and fruit

• 2 all-levels yoga classes each day, taught by Stephanie or Alexa

• Preparation and participation in Tantric Fire Ritual (agni hotra)

• Ground transportation to and from Liberia airport

• All local transportation to and from beaches and town

• Daily housekeeping

• All yoga and meditation props – including mats
