Meditation & Mantra for Fearless Living


Let’s begin the week together in practice as we first cultivate a lighter, brighter and stronger container for mind and body, then fill ourselves with the sacred sound of mantra. Each live session includes:

  • some gentle movement to relieve tension in the body, increase circulation + unwind the nervous system

  • breathwork to balance the mind + connect with prana shakti (dynamic life force)

  • guided relaxation and meditation to heal, nourish and connect to our inherent capacity to choose fearless living

  • chanting of mantra to elevate and uplift our resonant vibration and collectively weave a luminous field of energy

Appropriate for all ages, all levels of experience.
