Gather with Stephanie online Friday mornings this autumn for The Fire of Self-Knowledge – an immersive progression of practice and study in the vast field of Tantra, Mantra and Divine Feminine Wisdom.

The Fire of Self-Knowledge is the awakened Feminine cosmic energy of the bija (seed sound) "AIM". In alliance with Matangi – the Cosmic Feminine Energy of Unconditional Love + Acceptance – we will bravely explore how the shakti (power) of Self-Knowledge acts as both the goal and the means to reveal and understand our fears, dis-ease and limiting beliefs. As we illuminate our karmic shadows, we reclaim our own unique power to see, know, and transform the stories of past, present and future. We remember and re-cognize the brilliance we have otherwise forgotten or hidden away.

Each Group Practice + Study session will focus on a particular mantra and melody for chanting and include satsang "being in the company of truth" wherein we dive deep into the more contemplative aspect of mantra practice, to cultivate our own relationship with sacred sound and Source Wisdom. We will work with each mantra as a vibrational modality to heal and nourish the forces of mind, and to re-establish a balance of sacred energies for ourselves as well as the collective. Open Office Hours will allow for additional questions, practice guidance, and one-on-one support.
